As a Disabled, Woman-Owned Small Business We Appreciate Your Support & Patience!
Order processing time is typically 2-4 business days; Please allow up to 10 business days. Due to the unpredictable nature of being Disabled, lead times may be higher than anticipated. We appreciate your understanding and will always ship early whenever possible.
Standard shipping method is ground (5-7 business days within continental US); Orders will be shipped via USPS, FedEx or UPS depending on the best rate.
Expedited or International shipping available upon request and must be arranged prior to purchase.
All Orders ship from Saint Robert, MO 65584. We look forward to offering rush order processing in the future.
Return & Exchange Policy

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns. We are unable to offer Exchanges at this time.
Change of Mind Rights
You are entitled to a refund of Your Order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for requesting a refund of an Order is 30 days from the date on which You received the Goods, as determined by the delivery date of the shipping carrier.

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Damaged or Missing Goods Rights
You are entitled to a refund of Your Order within 30 days if Your product arrives broken, damaged or is lost/missing in transit due to non-delivery after 30-business days from the date carrier received Your package.

The deadline for requesting a refund of a damaged Order is 30 days from the date on which You received the Goods, as determined by the delivery date of the shipping carrier. If you did not receive the Goods, the deadline is 30 days from the date Your Order is determined lost or missing by Us.
In order to exercise Your Damaged or Missing Goods rights, You must contact Us with details of the damage as well as Your Order number so that we may attempt to locate any potentially lost or missing Goods. We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
Gifts
If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.
If the Goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
